U.S. Primetime Broadcast TV Ratings: 12/18 - 12/24/2017

Below are the broadcast TV ratings for the week ending December 24, 2017. The first chart includes ratings based on households (HH), adults 18-34, adults 18-49 (most to two-decimal places), adults 25-54, and total viewers (presented in millions). A second chart is also provided which includes persons-using-television (PUT) 18-49 data for each day of the week (except Saturdays). Note: most reruns are excluded from the chart below.

NBC topped the week ending Christmas Eve in both adults 18-49 (1.5 rating/6 share) and total viewers (6.85 million); CBS took second (0.8/4, 5.57 million). NBC took victory thanks to two episodes of 'The Voice' (2.0/7, 11.02 million & 2.0/8, 10.91 million), 'Ellen's Game of Games' (1.7/6, 7.25 million), and 'Saturday Night Football' (4.1/18, 15.29 million). CBS found success with 'Young Sheldon' (1.8/8, 11.32 million), 'Mom' (1.4/6, 8.85 million), and 'Survivor' (1.9/8, 8.73 million). Very little of note aired on ABC this week, with 'Charlie Brown Christmas' (1.3/6, 5.59 million) being the highest-rated listing; among originals, Friday's 'Marvel's Agents of SHIELD' managing a meager 0.6/3 adults 18-49 rating/share and 2.4 million viewers.
