Broadcast & Cable Nielsens: Week Ending June 15, 2014

Broadcast and cable Nielsen finals for the week ending June 15, 2014:

On broadcast, ABC's coverage of the 'NBA Finals' games 3, 4, and 5 topped everything else, averaging 5.9, 6.0, and 6.8 ratings respectively as well as 14.8 million, 15 million, and 18 million viewers respectively. On cable, 'Game of Thrones' took the top spot with 7.1 million total viewers, while ESPN's coverage of 'World Cup Soccer' drew 4.2 million in the second spot (1.9 rating), and VH1's 'Love & Hip Hop Atlanta' took third with 1.8 rating & 3.5 million viewers. ABC Family's 'Pretty Little Liars' had a 3.5 rating in F12-34, a 5.6 in F12-17 and 2.7 million viewers, while 'Chasing Life' was at 1.6 & 2.5 in those demos with 1.35 million viewers. MTV's 'Awkward' had a 1.4 rating in F12-34, a 1.9 in F12-17, and 1.05 million viewers, and 'Faking It' averaged 1.3 & 1.9 in those demos with 966,000 viewers. 

Other scripted series of note airing this past week include: USA's 'Suits' (2.5 million), 'Royal Pains' (2.4 million), & 'Graceland' (1.6 million), FX's 'Fargo' (1.9 million) & 'Louie' (596,000), Lifetime's 'Devious Maids' (1.8 million) & 'Drop Dead Diva' (1.5 million), STARZ's 'Power' (614,000), BBC America's 'Orphan Black' (613,000), TV Land's 'Hot in Cleveland' (776,000) & 'Jennifer Falls' (744,000), Showtime's 'Nurse Jackie' (641,000) & 'Californication' (411,000), AMC's 'Halt & Catch Fire' (765,000), and WGN America's 'Salem' (490,000).
