Canadian Ratings: 8/27 - 9/2/2018

CTV's 'The Amazing Race' again topped the weekly Canadian ratings averaging 1.79 million viewers for its episode on Tuesday. 'Race' also took the top spot in the Calgary (73,000) and Vancouver (169,000) markets. With newscasts and reruns excluded from the list below, Global's 'Big Brother' ranked second, third, and fourth on the week for its episodes on Sunday (1.45 million), Thursday (1.43 million), and Wednesday (1.41 million). Despite the national rankings, 'Brother' only made the market top 5 in Toronto. Finally, City's 'America's Got Talent' on Tuesday and Wednesday which were at 1.38 million and 1.18 million viewers nationally. The Tuesday edition made the top 5 in all five major Canadian markets. Not in the list below, but the top rerun of 'The Big Bang Theory' had 972,000 viewers and the top rerun of 'Young Sheldon' found 828,000.
