Lifetime's 'Mary Kills People' premiered in 2017 to a 0.25 adults 18-49 rating and 1.01 million viewers. It dropped by half in week 2, down to 0.14 & 540,000 viewers and concluded its inaugural season with a 0.14 & 502,000. The first season averaged a 0.17 & 634,000 viewers. A second season premiered in 2018, but fell more than half to just 0.07 in the demo and 299,000 viewers on-average. A third season aired in Canada, but it has yet to air in the United States.
