The second week of coverage of the '2018 Winter Olympics' held NBC at the top of the ratings. For the week as a whole, NBC (3.1 rating/13 share, 14.19 million viewers) beat its closest network competition, CBS (0.9/4, 4.83 million) by over 2 full ratings points and over 9 million viewers. NBC found its best numbers this week from Tuesday's Olympic primetime coverage (3.96/16, 17.52 million), but those sank down to 2.22/10 by Saturday. Sunday's closing ceremony (2.96/11, 14.78 million) performed well, and was down only slightly from the 2014 Olympic closing ceremony (3.23/8 , 15.12 million).
ABC (0.9/4, 3.47 million) was just behind CBS for the week, pulling in great numbers for Monday's 'The Bachelor' (1.68/6, 6.27 million), and finding moderate success for Tuesday's 'Bachelor Winter Games' (0.88/3, 3.26 million). 'Kevin (Probably) Saves the World' (0.38/2, 1.55 million) hit a series-low. CBS's best numbers of the week came from Wednesday's run of 'Celebrity Big Brother' (1.4/6, 5.54 million). FOX (0.5/2, 2.04 million) aired no original programs for the week, and the CW (0.2/1, 835,000) aired only 'Legends of Tomorrow' (0.42/2, 1.4 million).
